Rhythm (Middle School)

What Is Rhythm?

Rhythm is Hillside’s Student Ministry for middle school students (6th-8th grade).  Our vision for Rhythm is for students to learn what it means to follow the rhythm of Jesus for the good of the world.

When Do We Meet?

Sunday Morning: Rhythm Students meets weekly on Sunday mornings at 10:30a at The House (during Hillside Church second service) and ends at 11:30a.

First Friday: On the first Friday of every month, Rhythm hosts a fun, energetic, and safe event for all middle school students in Marin. This is a great opportunity for current students to invite their friends into a welcoming environment.

What Do We Do?

Each week we have fun games, breakfast (donuts or bagels), and a talk that is biblically based and culturally relevant. This is a time when students can have fun, make great friends, and grow in their relationship with God.

We connect students to our amazing adult mentors who will walk alongside them through it all, leading them one step closer to Jesus. Each mentor is screened, trained, and passionate about being a positive influence in the lives of middle school students.

If you have any questions about Rhythm, please contact Joey Martin (Director of Student Ministry).

OPEN-DOOR POLICY: At Rhythm, every middle school student, regardless of background, is welcomed and invited to be a part of our community. Further, we happily welcome parents who would like to come observe one of our gatherings. To schedule a visit, contact Joey Martin.
